Delete your account and your data
What gets deleted
Your account, your profile, your jobs, all your shifts, your templates, your confirmation links and the confirmations received. Deletion is immediate and permanent, on our servers and in the app.
What is kept
Nothing about you. A message sent through the feedback form stays if it is not attached to any account; if you want it gone too, say so in your request. Anonymous technical logs (sign-in times, no identifier) erase themselves after 30 days.
No account means nothing to delete
If you never created an account, your data never left your phone. Just uninstall the app, or use “Reset app” in your profile.
- Open Trakko, then the Profile tab.
- Scroll down to the “Account” section.
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
- Done: you are signed out and all your server data is erased.
No longer have access to the app? Write to us from the feedback form on this site with the email address of your account: we delete everything within 30 days and confirm back to you.
